How we supplied a Spanish skincare brand with 80,000 custom-printed amber dropper bottles in six weeks.
A skincare brand in Spain was relaunching its serum line and needed 80,000 amber dropper bottles (30 ml and 100 ml) with one-color silk-screen printing and matching cartons.
We combined two stock moulds from our warehouse, ran the printing and frost finishing on two lines, and shipped in three batches — a pilot air shipment, then two sea shipments. Pre-shipment inspection reports with photos were shared before each dispatch.
Result: the relaunch shipped on schedule, and the brand now reorders bottles and printed boxes quarterly.
